Veteran-to-Veteran Volunteers: provide specialized support to hospice clients who have served our country

Bereavement Volunteers: provide specialized phone support to family members after the death of their loved one

Administrative Volunteers: assist office staff with administrative assignments

Volunteer Training

Our volunteer training program is designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge, fostering your ability to work seamlessly within our hospice team. The initial in-person training occurs twice a year over two full days, ensuring you are well-prepared to provide comprehensive care.

For those eager to expand their roles, we extend additional training opportunities in bereavement, complementary therapy, veteran-to-veteran, and vigil programs. To learn more about becoming a vital part of our team, please contact our dedicated volunteer coordinator. We look forward to hearing from you and appreciate your interest in contributing to the compassionate care we provide.
